Account reporting
Each morning you receive a detailed account statement via e-mail. Read these statements carefully.
- The "How to read your statements" guide explains how to interpret all numbers.
In addition, on your trading platform, you can find all transactions of the last 5 days. It is a good habit to compare both statements. Inform our support desk immediately should you notice a discrepancy between the platform statements and the e-mail statements.
